What FORCED does
FORCED is an accountability app that turns something you intend to do into a commitment with a deadline, clear proof, and an optional consequence. Use Coach to make the plan, submit proof before the deadline, receive a result from the FORCED Judge, and track your progress across the website and mobile app.
Google sign-in is optional. If you use it, FORCED requests your basic profile and email address only to create or access your account. FORCED does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or files.
